Application for Visiting Students

Visiting students are students who wish to enroll at the University of Baltimore for a single term. Visiting student attend another college or university and want to earn specific course credit at UBalt which will transfer back to their home institution. Visiting students are not required to submit transcripts to UBalt, but must be in good academic standing at their home institution. To apply as a visiting student, complete and submit this application.

Residency Information
Your residency status determines whether you pay in-state or out-of-state tuition. You can find out more information about the residency requirements and exceptions here!

As you indicated that you are an in-state resident, you will be required to complete our residency form following the submission of this initial application. Once you submit this initial application, you will automatically be redirected to the residency form. We cannot process your application until BOTH items are submitted.

Academic Information



Please provide the name and email address of an official at your home institution who will review your application. Note, once you submit this application, they will receive an email notice to review and affirm that you are in good academic standing. We cannot process your application without their review and permission to attend UBalt as a visiting student.

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act requires that colleges and universities publish and distribute an annual security report (ASR). It includes campus crime statistics for the previous three years, policy statements required by law, including those concerning crime reporting, enforcement and arrest authority of campus police, information on crime prevention and policies and procedures to be followed related to sexual assault, domestic violence, dating violence and stalking offenses.
